How does the site work?
If you've used a cashback site before, then you will probably know.
However, the basics are that YOU signup to the various offers around
the site and then earn points. Once you reach at least 180 points of
sweets in your checkout, you can withdraw it and they will be
delivered to your door. No catches! It really is free sweets.
I completed an offer but
haven't gotten any points?
All offers you complete, will take around 24 hours before they show
up in your account and you get the points. The time could be longer
or shorter, you'll just have to wait I'm afraid. If however, it has
been over 2 weeks this means the offer HASN'T been validated for
some reason. This happens when the retailer has looked at the lead
or sale and has decided not to pay us, therefore we can't pay you.
This could be because you did not do what the offer description
stated or because you entered false information.

I requested my sweets, but
they haven't come?
Like the offers, your sweets won't arrive instantly, so please be
patient though. We will do our best to post them as quickly as we
can! Once they've been posted, their status will change in your
Packages.
I've spotted an error on
the site?
We're currently a fairly new site so it is possible there is an odd
error here and there. Please do let us know if you spot one and we
will sort it as quickly as we can. ( samuelhale@btinternet.com )
Who can use the site?
Although Free Sweet Rewards is mainly aimed at 8-18's, you don't
have to be a certain age to use Free Sweet Rewards, so anyone
can join. However, some offers may require you to be over 13 (or
something similar) - All details will be on the actual offer though,
so no need to worry about that. At the moment, we're only allowing
people in the UK to sign up! I'm sorry about this, but almost all of
our offers are aimed at people in the United Kingdom.
Are my details safe with
you?
Of course. I can 100% confirm your details are completely safe and
we will NEVER give them out to another site. We never contact you by
anything other than e-mail either. Your password is encrypted on our
server, and we have no way of finding out what your password is.
Do you really post out the
sweets?
Yes. We really do payout. Please ensure your home address in
'Details' is correct though, when you signup. If not, you may not
receive your order

out of this?
That's the great part, we also make a little bit of money for every
offer you complete! We're both winners...
I know nothing about
cashback sites... Does it matter?
Nope! Not at all. As long as you can complete simple offers by
joining up to sites, you'll be fine!
I've referred a friend and
didn't get any points?
The most common problem is that your friend hasn't completed any
offers. For the referral to count, they need to earn some points, of
which you'll receive 10% of. Once they have done this allow a few
days for your account to get credited the 10%. If after that you
still don't receive your points, email us.
